Course Objectives

1. Learner will be aware of the literary traditions of Arabs and distinct features of Jahiliyya
Literature

2. Learner can understand the relation between literature and Islamic scripts
3. Learner can get a light on the different genres of Arabic Literature in Umayyad period

4. Learner can learn the literary traditions of Abbasid Period

5. Learner can familiarize the Literary works in Modern period

Course Outcome

At the end of the course students will be able to,
